By accessing or using Bid Level Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

Bid Level Pro provides tools to analyze construction drawings, scopes, and bid documents to support bid leveling. Results are informational only, do not constitute professional advice, and do not replace estimator, project management, legal, code, safety, procurement, or other professional judgment.

Your Responsibilities

• You are authorized to upload and share the documents you provide.
• You will not upload sensitive data unrelated to the project.
• You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access it outside the user interface, or interfere with its operation.

Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to the service. You retain rights to your project data. By using the service, you grant us permission to process your data to provide the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are solely responsible for final decisions, approvals, pricing, scope interpretation, compliance, and project outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bid Level Pro and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, use, data, business opportunity, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the service, even if advised of the possibility of those damages. Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$100.

Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bid Level Pro and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and suppliers from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your uploaded materials, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for misuse or to protect the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes.
